The protection of your personal data during survey, data processing
and
handling regarding your visit on our homepage is of S&A’s high
concern.
Your data will be protected according to legal requirements. Please find
attached the information about which data are collected and used during
your
visit on our homepage.
Survey and processing of data:
Each visit on our homepage und each requested file from S&A’s
homepage is
noted in a protocol. This back up is relevant for internal systematical
and
statistical purposes. The protocol consists of : name of searched file,
date
and time of visited page, requested amount of data, indication about the
successful download, name of webbrowser, searching domain as well as
your
request sometimes, when coming from a search engine . Additionally
IP-addresses
from incoming servers are noted. However it is impossible to draw
conclusions
on other personal data and not even wanted.
More personal data are collected only, if you agree in line with your
request
or registration for a newsletter, for example.
Use and transmission of personal data:
Regarding to § 28 BDSG (German
Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) S&A informs you about saving the data you
sent to
us. Our treatment of data you sent to
us is in accordance to the BDSG as well as the German
Teledienstdatengesetz.
As far as S&A receives personal data from your side, S&A uses them for replying your request, for processing of your order/contract and for technical administration. After your agreement - e. g. to receive a newsletter - S&A uses your data to inform you about offers or news. To execute these services S&A might delegate a third party, which is legally bound to the BDSG (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) and its regulations. S&A won’t sell or rent your personal data, except it is necessary to conduct your order/project. You owe the right to recall a given consent at any time with effect for the future.
The deletion of saved personal data will be
carried out when you recall the given consent for saving the data, when
data
are not necessary any more or when the saving of data is legally
inadmissible.
Right of access:
According to our German Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) you reserve the
right on free of charge information about your saved data as well as a
right
for correction, barring or deletion of personal data. On written request
S&A gladly informs you about all data saved in relation to your
person.
Notice on security: It is of S&A’s high concern to save your personal data by using all technical and organisational methods so that no third party persons will have access. A full security on data per e-mail sending cannot be ensured, therefore S&A recommends a sending of confidential data per post.
